After spending most of the afternoon trying not to get stuck in the mud, we encountered this battle hardened lioness accompanied by a male lion. They were havinng 'sexy time' and for that reason away from the rest of the pride. In the 45 minutes we stayed with her they managed to mate 3 times! Hope the cubs are doing well now.
